Ms. Gloria J. Brumfield, 63, of Magnolia, MS departed this life on May 25, at her mother’s residence. Memorial Service Saturday, June 4, at 1:00pm at Peoples Undertaking Co. Gloria Jean Brumfield was born on December 1, 1958, to the late Hazel Lee Brumfield and Johnny B. Brumfield. She departed this earthly life on May 25, 2022 at the home of Hazel(JLee) Garner surrounded by her sisters/caregivers Bernita and Carolyn Brumfield. Gloria enjoyed talking to family and friends. She had a close bond with her cousin Mary Hurst whom she talked to daily and Shirley Stallings. She enjoyed playing games on her phone and tablet. She was preceded in death by her parents; grandparents Mary Cotton and Howard; Mary J. Stallings and James Brumfield. Great grandmother Alice Grinnels; sister Shirley Ann Brumfield, a brother Johnny Leon Brumfield, several aunts and uncles Alice Lotts, Lottie (Moses) Hurst, Robert E. Cotton, Eugene Cotton Jr. J.W Brumfield, Annie Varnado, Mamie Travis, Jessie Nathaniel, L.Y Nathaniel and Hollis Young Sr. She leaves to mourn her memories a son Quesi (Liza) Brumfield; three grandchildren: Quesi Jr., Quanitra and Jalen Brumfield; seven sisters: Shelia (Larry) Pittman, Julia Hampton, Patricia Scott, Bernita Brumfield, Carolyn Brumfield, Janice Sneeze and Tiffany (Jarvis). seven brothers: Cleveland (Katrol) Smith, Joseph (Maggie) Brumfield, Benjamin, James, Johnny Brumfield, J.Lee Jr. and Brandon (Felicia) Ard. Several nieces and nephews Monica, Stanley, Nicole, Devon, Latrina, William (Tiffany) Sneeze, Monique (Keith) Gauno, Tonta (Jessie) Jackson, LaKaira (Micheal)Kenny, James Jr., Derrick, Wayne (Gabrielle), Ashonta(Shunta) Hazel, Jerry(Orin), Jamar, Bianaca(Bre) Earnest(Lashonda), Dennis Jr. (Jazz), Brianna, Detranitte, Dekobie, GAMARKUS, Gemon, La’Nyja, Henry(ShaFrance), Roderick, Lonnie, Shaquetta, Clevontae, Kadaizja,Ciara, and Chaneshia and a host other relatives and friends.
